Visa Regulations For Bali


Visa Regulations for Indonesia


Passport

For entering to Bali or Indonesia first you have to have at least 6 months valid passport but I suggest you to make it like 3 years at least in case something happen ( for example you wanted to extend your stay and change visa type ). If not you will be not permitted to enter Indonesia.


Visa

There are several types of visas for Indonesia. Tourist visa, social visa, KITAS, retirement visa ....
Some countries citizens do not need visa.These countries are ;

Countries that do not require a Visa to enter Bali & Indonesia.

  - Visa on Arrival

Visa on arrivals mean you do not need to apply visa in your country before you planing to come to Indonesia. Instead of that you directly have your visa when you arrive the airport in Indonesia in gates and process in immigration office.Visa fee is 25 US$ for 30 days (there is no shorter like 1 - 2 days anymore ). If you want to extend your visa again 30 days you have to pay 25 US$ again. If you willing to stay even longer than this. You have to quit and enter again to the country.

Citizens of countries other than those countries listed above have to apply visa before they visit to Indonesia in their countries Indonesian embassy or consulate.


KITAS


Kitas is acronym of Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas. Which means is limited stay permit card. It is something like permanent resident card. It is not a social visa. It is given for workers, business, marriages, educational or retirement.
