Problems into way of thinking west expats

Expats really knows where they live in?

I read a post on facebook a year ago maybe and article written by so called intellectual, artist, hi-class person about kid beggars on the streets of Bali. The thing is not this problem, the thing is i want to talk those foreigners including hi profile to low profile they do not have any idea where they live in what is this east asian country all about and way of their thinking etc....

That person (i do not want to give his name) was saying those kids from Bali while 99 percent of them from outside of the island. the thing is here this person living here for more than 3 decades and he is not even aware of that. This indicate us something.

Same thing about few years ago governor banned a video film about Bali beaches and its surfing teachers (locals) and same thing there was. The movie maker was saying those people (bali cowboys) were Balinese while again most of them are not Balinese in fact but the outsiders(people like from Jawa or other islands came to island for work or better life etc.). I do not accuse any people here from their acts. But the thing lay behind their mind.

Or another one I seen on youtube while I searching something about island. The guy saying traffic polices ask bribes from tourism who rent bike and saying renting person not asking from them licenses. It is funny because this is not the way justice or law works. If they not ask you license then do not take it it is that simple. Or if someone ask bribe it is easy just do not give it. I am agree corrupted and bribery common here but your point of view is very strange. Those foreigners also make aa lot of money by corruption here. Most of villas are on greenbelts which supposed to be green areas. Or an extreme sample is about wine production stolen by foreigner guy which given to farmers as grant by government to improve farmers as subsidy and same guy in kind of foundation talking about cleaning beaches.

Those foundation even more dramatic for me at least. Those guys talking about bad locals and islands while they taking a lot of donations and make money from villas etc..

So what you suggest? Should not we talk about problems? No you can talk about problems. But the difference between you talk with your friend about it on cafes and publish it on media every single day. those two different thing. Plus I also complain for example about traffic but I can not solve that problem if someone give me responsibility nor you can not.It is a big job which a lot of engineers etc.. should involve.

Plus let me tell you , you can not even try the same thing into so called democracy places west countries. For example go to holland and publish a newspaper and talk about their royal family morning and evening every single day, for example say why the heck there is a monarchy like structure here. And see what happens...Those kind of things nothing to do with lawyers , judge it is government to government things(g2g).

Also i seen a few blogs written here by expats. Mostly talking about their citizens in jail here and most of them drug dealers. Very strangely they kind of defending them and ask pity all the time. While they talking about police or money changer who overcharge them 3-5 dollars on streets and their people was earning millions from villas or stolen projects like winery which can be millions of dollars.

And in same blog the guy talking about hookers and aids and they not properly checking health controls. If you go only around Kuta area and live around there and thinking only this place is Bali then sorry. I know even most of island locals do not even know where this place is and never been there while you never quit from there. And this guy writing something about this island like authority. Wow impressive ..

This is Hippocratic. It reminds me opium wars in china. Once i read a historian the English one and he was saying UK has no guilty and all happened because of corrupted Chinese officer which is ridiculous claim . Or  I just watched movie called "Lincoln" about American civil war and it shows the war like north angels try to save blacks from slavery which is in fact nothing to do with real reason. Real reason was economy and cheap work forces etc..

If you live here involve to locals and their lifes they will not hurt you do not worry..while you living here a lot of years long and still not even seen a real village or been in a visit of a regular local families house.It is a big sorry for you. Plus those foundations ...non of them are competent people about the field what they doing...because of those people westerner does not mean they are competent about everything.For example i expect a pedagogy studied person for a kid foundation instead of dealer of craft or something...

Why people choose this way?

Everyone has a different reason to sell...

Primarily we have to understand as real estate consultants why sale by direct owners became a direct owners and they choose this way. Why do people sell or lease or rent their real estates themselves? What are the goals in this one? What thoughts or reasons pushing them to sale by direct owner (DO or FSBO).

1)  Thought of "I can sell by myself better"
2)  Have lot of time
3)  No trust
4)  Do not want to give commission
5) Thinks He/she will not get proper service
6) Have wide social environment, well-connected
7) Thinking they can sell for better price
8) Experiences from past
9) They have been always follow this way before

It can be added more reasons there. Generally DOs what makes them like this  "DO" is their thoughts. That is why they mostly will not want to use any consultants or agents.

When DOs are trying to liquidate their real estates they may experience some problems. If we briefly take a look at those;

1. Mistakes in marketing

They may have problems in marketing. For example, each property has a target audiences. If this target can not be identified correctly you can not reach right customer.

2. Problems to reach recipients

To reach the buyers they uses methods like newspaper advertisements, internet advertisements and some times it is only a " for sale " sign on their property. Sometimes also contacting to real estate agents close by. So is it that easy to sell a real estate? It is not like a chewing gum on shop.

 3. Difficulties to attract the prospect buyers

DOs can be contacted by phone or e-mails maybe even 40-50 times a day after they gave ads and those contacts mostly also real estate agents. They eagerly answer phones early days. But after a while they can get bored from that and their reaction to calls will be like " key is there or in my maid , take it and see it yourself"

4. Problems in evaluating the real buyers

Each prospective buyer can be different. While it was a balcony to delight to some buyers, at same time in same property the other one choose closed parking and the other one pick garden size and construction to buy it. The only way of knowing it to make a correct buyer analysis.  

5.Price negotiating mistakes

When they have a dept to pay next morning to pay how healthy can be a negotiation? 

6.Price determination

Their criteria mostly setting price of their property usually the house which they will buy new or their dept to pay or projects or future plans budgets, receivables and liabilities. So importance of region, m2 or any unit price around area and price fixing will not effect their price. 

7.Emotional barriers

Woulnt it be heartbreaking  when someone says "this kitchen i will demolish it and renew it. It is made tasteless" which you designed and took care carefully to build. What will be DOs reactions to buyers if they face with this?

8.Time loss

Isnt it a wasting time to struggle to sell your property by yourself while you can use that time with your family and other important things? 

9. Lack of consultancy

Issues like how to overcome bureaucratic obstacles on sale of real estate. What to do if there is mortgage problems, foreclosures, disputes on property. How many of DOs know the solutions of those?

What is this Illuminati?

People,we are sleeping and controlled by some people? What the heck is Illuminati, N.W.O. and conspiracies running around?

 On net for a while I am seeing about this. Illuminati like this, Illuminati like that. Is there something like this really or is it just conspiracy?

 I made some search about it and want to write here what i am thinking about it. The problem is first of all no one name it properly. That is what i have seen. Because most of claimers say it is a group of people satanist, atheist, jewish, freemasons, esoteric, ecumenical, jacobins etc.. and their goal is make everybody like them or govern all people secretly etc...Most of those terms are opposite to each other. At same time they say these people are jewish or knight templar and also atheist and also it is base on catholic and west based or islamic and anti christ. A person can not be at same time atheist and member of a religious group. That is the main argument i stuck. Other than this some arguments those people uses mostly taken by some politic ideologies and groups or stolen. Especially left side politics and give people like something new found. Why i say this? Because in 70s 80s different ideological group members stayed in jails together  in my country and they learnt a lot from left side politics and adopted it partly and changed or ad little bit more and try to use it. Why left sides and humanitarians? Because for long time they talking about those kind of things and facts which is not a secret or conspiracy. For example the word "American Interests" is not a secret, governments say it very clearly even on tv.  By the way let me say I do not say there is not such things on the world or completely agree with all theories.

I know this is also not related with title of site but I do not want to open for every single thing a new blog. I want to show here what i searched and got from this here for you. It will be little bit hard to put all of it here so i decided to make it as a series of articles so this is part 1. In fact it will be including many things from 9/11 to David Icke, Illuminati to Zeitgeist, movies and sport and celebrities, Ku Klux Klan to Mormons to Scientology to any kind of religion and many more . And this will mostly not be illustrated because of some technical reasons, sorry for that.
