RESERVATION & PAYMENTS

Payments of 50 % rental deposit must be received to guarantee your reservation. No more than 7 days after receiving the invoice, the deposit should be received. This deposit is non refundable. Final(remaining) payment must be received at least 30 days in advance to arrival (Exception; if booked less then than 30 days in advance of arrival). Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make the reservation subject to automatic cancellation.
All payments should be received in net full of the total amount, including all the bank charges & fees

CANCELLATIONS

When a cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival,the cancellation fee will be 25% of the total amount.When the cancellation occurs between 30 days and 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50%of the total amount will be charged.When the cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to arrival, or later the total amount will be charged.

Canggu

Canggu actually a village in Bali but as area name which stands for coastal line from Seminyak including Brawa, Seseh and Cemagi  until almost Tanah Lot. It is mostly a surfing area but not for swimming. Canggu is still under development  so Canggu is not very messy place like Kuta. Canggu area is still not crowded and can give you silence and tranquil environment which surrounded with traditional Balinese Villages.

A world famous beach for surfing.Around 10 km. away from Kuta Beach.More quiet.Surrounded by villas and rice fields.Not very crowded yet as Kuta or Seminyak.Now Sea Sentosa building apartments there.A few restaurants and cafes.This is my favorite place in fact.It gives you very nice sunset views.It is also where i live in right now.
