It is just open on the Kuta Beach and with a distinguishable design it is different than other malls in Bali. Also location is just front of most famous beach. There is still ongoing construction there but already some big brands open their shops inside on ground floor. It is including restaurants, hotels and branded shops mostly. Harris Hotel which is one of big hotel chain in Indonesia already open and Sheraton will be open in this year. Harris is 4 stars and 191 rooms and Sheraton is 200 rooms 5 stars hotel.
It is open air walking areas surrounding with shops and restaurants and cafes, waterways, kids areas.
It is built with total $70 m USD they said. And built by Pt. Indonesia Paradise Island.
