Lombok is nextdoor and like a brother island to Bali. Lombok people are same tribe with Balinese in spite of their different religion. Lombok Island has got less tourism attraction than Bali though. But if you are investor and for the future it can be an alternative for Bali. Even most of local Balinese buying lands from Lombok Island massively because it is much more cheaper than Bali properties.
